2. Filing a Takedown Notice

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the items below. (Missing info means we may have to ask for clarification before acting.)

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (title, URL to an authorized version, ISBN, etc.).
3. Identification of the specific material on Indoor-Games.com that you believe is infringing (full URL(s) or enough detail for us to locate it).
4. Your contact information — name, mailing address, phone number, and email.

3. What Happens Next

Once we receive a complete notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the uploader or account holder so they know why the content was removed.

4. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe we took down your content by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent. Your counter-notice must contain:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material we removed and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or mis-identification.
4. Your name, address, phone, email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts (or, if outside Ireland, your local federal court) and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

After we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file an action seeking a court order within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts with multiple substantiated infringement claims may be terminated. We do, however, consider good-faith mistakes and will always offer guidance if you’re unsure how to share content legally.
